By accessing or using our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product from Fairway Home, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy.

1. ABOUT FAIRWAY HOME

Fairway Home operates an online and physical retail business offering home, kitchen, lifestyle, and other consumer products.

Throughout these Terms, “Fairway Home,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fairway Home.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency stated at the time of purchase.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order is placed, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information when placing an order.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for the purchase.

Fairway Home reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing or product-information error.

6. EXCHANGES AND NO-REFUND POLICY

Fairway Home does not offer refunds for purchases.

Eligible customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions contained in our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must generally:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be in its original sealed packaging, where applicable.
  • Include all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.

We do not accept exchanges for certain products or circumstances, including opened or used products, customer-damaged products, hygiene or personal-use products, towels, bedsheets and other home textile items, and clearance or sale items.

7. WARRANTY

Selected products purchased from Fairway Home may be covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Where applicable, the warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or improper use.
  • Accidents or physical damage.
  • Water or liquid damage.
  • Power fluctuations or external electrical issues.
  • Drops, burns, or other customer-caused damage.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Other damage resulting from improper handling or use.

The warranty does not apply to towels, bedsheets, home textiles, or other personal-use products that are not designated as warranty-covered products.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Fairway Home may repair the product or replace it with an equivalent product, subject to availability.

If the exact replacement is unavailable, Fairway Home may provide an equivalent item of similar value where appropriate.

Warranty claims do not result in cash or payment-method refunds.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to process and deliver orders within the delivery timeframe communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier or delivery delays.
  • Traffic or transportation disruptions.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer results in a failed or delayed delivery, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Fairway Home promptly so that we can investigate the issue.

We may request photographs, videos, the original packaging, receipt, or other information necessary to assess the issue.

Where the issue is confirmed to be the responsibility of Fairway Home or a manufacturing defect covered by the applicable warranty, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the Fairway Home website, including but not limited to:

  • Fairway Home logos and branding.
  • Product images.
  • Photographs.
  • Graphics.
  • Text.
  • Website design and layout.
  • Product descriptions.

is owned by Fairway Home, its licensors, or the relevant third-party rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
